Abstract
Customer retention and customer loyalty are very important to ensure a company sustain and remain competitive in the industry. The evolution of smartphone and the improvement of digital markeing have created a wider opportunity for marketers and companies to enhance their customer loyalty program through making mobile application made it available to be downloaded and used by customers. Only 60 sets of quesionnaires were distributed as this research is only a pilot study. From this study, it has identified the relationships between Mobile Application Cues (Layout, Information and Privacy), Repurchase Intention and Customer Loyalty are positive, strong and significant. Questions were derived from previous studies and Generation – Y was the selected sample for this study.
