Abstract

AbstractThe combined impact of recession and terrorist attacks on America on US real estate markets has already proved troublesome for investors and operators and is likely to be felt in 2002 as well. Stresses on US real estate include a slowing economy, the hangover of excess real estate consumption from the bubble year of 2000 and a widespread reluctance to travel domestically or internationally. Herein, we take our annual look at the space markets and capital markets in the USA. Copyright © 2002 Henry Stewart Publications
