Abstract

Abstract Silver-coated radioactive gold colloids have been administered to dogs by the subcutaneous route and have been shown to be taken up by the regional lymph nodes in significant quantities. The quantitative differences between drainage from superficial and deep breast sites were noted. Some microscopic changes in regional nodes following infiltration of a large single dose of silver-coated gold colloid were presented and discussed.
