Abstract

Previous work in the Chinati Mountains is briefly reviewed and the various exposures of Paleozoic sediments are described. The stratigraphy is discussed End_Page 1705------------------------------ and evidence is presented demonstrating the presence of a Permian section nearly as complete as that of the Glass Mountains, as well as a fairly complete Pennsylvanian sequence.
