The university in judicature of the Administrative High Court

Abstract

The article presented illuminates decisions of the Austrian Administrative High Court concerning university law that have been rendered in the last five years. Thus, questions of admission to study, acceptance of exams, the habilitation process as well as the organization of the university are being addressed, in consideration of the particularity of the process at the Austrian Administrative High Court due to the reorganization of administrative jurisdiction which has been in force since January 1st, 2014.
