Abstract

Background: The underlying causes of transient global amnesia are very various. Among them, the cerebral infartion is most common. Some cases of transient global amnesia show negative findings of initial brain diffusion weighted MRI imaging. We report two cases of transient global amnesia with initial negative brain diffusion imaging & follow up positive brain diffusion imaging.
