Abstract
Ukraine is the leader by production and export of the sunflower oil in the word. The main requirements to the sunflower oil and the sunflower seeds are requirements to the parameters of the quality and the safety. The mass part of the humidity in the sunflower seeds is the important parameters of the technological quality of the sunflower seeds. The analysis of the uncertainty of the measurement of the humidity of the sunflower seeds of the new line X 526 B at the realization the air-heating method was done. The expanded uncertainty of the measurement of the humidity of the sunflower seeds was accounted, the accuracy of the measurement of the humidity was defined.

Що висуваються до насіння соняшника та соняшникової олії – це вимоги до показників якості та безпеки. Для дослідження цього показника якості був реалізований повітрянотепловий метод визначення вологості насіння олійних культур у сушильній шафі. Ключові слова: насіння соняшника; показники якості та безпеки; фізико-хімічні методи; паралельні вимірювання; невизначеність вимірювань. Вихідні дані для розрахунку масової частки вологи за формулою (1) при реалізації двох паралельних вимірювань представлені в таблиці 1.
