Abstract

An electron microscopic study of leaf and petal mesophyll tissue ofVinca rosea revealed the presence of nuclear inclusions. The inclusions were found to be tubular with an outside diameter of about 100 A. The tubular inclusions inVinca appear to be similar to those that have been described in nuclei of other plants.
