The UK Serials Group is a non-profit making body whose primary aim is to bridge the gap between the producer and the end user of serials, by providing a forum for the interchangeof information, ideas, suggestions and the solution of problems
The main objectives of the Group are: 4 to encourage and promote a continuing discussion concerning serials and associated areas, between all interested parties in the information industry, both nationally and internationally 4 to develop and maintain links between all those concerned with the production, distribution and use of serials 4 to encourage professional awareness in all those connected with serials 4 to encourage and assist in the developmentof appropriateresearch in the field of serials management
