Abstract
We propose a version of the Selberg trace formula for compact hyperbolic orbifolds Gamma backslash {mathbb {H}}^{2n+1} for non-unitary representations of Gamma and establish that the associated Selberg zeta function admits a meromorphic continuation to {mathbb {C}}.
