Abstract
Tumor lysis syndrome is an oncologic emergency that seriously threatens the lives of patients.Prevention of tumor lysis syndrome is more important than treatment.According to the risk classification, identifying high risk patients and effective preventive measures can improve the prognosis of patients.Patients with tumor lysis syndrome should receive hydration, rasburicase, diuretics, correction of electrolyte imbalances and appropriate renal replacement therapy.
