Abstract
Objective To observe clinical effects and safeness of 5％ domestic Natamycin eye drops for the treatment of traumatic fungal keratitis.Methods From July 2013 to November 2013,thirty-seven eyes of 37cases of fungal keratitis diagnosed by corneal smear examination were treated by local debridement,iodine cauterization,and application of 5％ natamycin eye drops.The therapeutic effect was observed.Results Of thirty-seven cases,30 cases were cured,7 cases were improved.Conclusion Combined with local debridement and iodine cauterization,the 5 ％ domestic Natamycin eye drop is safe and effective for mild to moderate traumatic fungal keratitis.
