Abstract
Introduction: Surgery followed by adjuvant chemotherapy (aCT) is the standard of care for resectable pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC). Elderly patients (EP) may be less likely to receive aCT compared to younger patients (YP) due to comorbidities and frailty. The impact of age on the curative management and outcomes of patients with resected PDAC was investigated.
