Abstract

The mechanical properties of a fiber relate to an average pore size or the pore size distribution in the fiber. In this study, the effects of testing sample preparation, crystallization rate, humidity, sizing agent, composition and processing conditions on the pore size distribution measurements were analyzed and discussed.
