Abstract

This paper mainly reviews the history of value change Of teacher training policy In China, specifically, and summarizes the basic characteristics of value change Of teacher training policy in China, namely, national-oriented value orientation, service social-oriented value orientation, tool rational value orientation and humanistic value orientation. On this basis, the value orientation of teacher's educational policy must be based on people, consistent with the principle of maximizing the benefit of the policy.
