The training of specialists according to the educational and professional program “Laboratory diagnostics” as one of the important aspects of social health

Abstract

Aim. To highlight the features of training specialists according to the educational and professional program “Laboratory Diagnostics” at the National University of Pharmacy.Materials and methods. Articles, monographs, publications on official sites were used.Results. The components of the success of the development of medicine in any country are professional education, specialized science and practical activities. As the current trend of healthcare is the training of specialists in laboratory medicine, the main purposes of the educational and professional program “Laboratory Diagnostics” are academic and professional training of specialists. Training of bachelors and masters in the specialty “Technologies of Medical Diagnostics and Treatment” (the educational and professional program “Laboratory Diagnostics”) is aimed at increasing public satisfaction with the quality and availability of providing healthcare, timely diagnosis and appropriate pharmacotherapy, improving the state of public health in general, and complies with the National strategy for health system reform in Ukraine.Conclusions. The training of specialists according to the educational and professional program “Laboratory Diagnostics” at the National University of Pharmacy meets the modern requirements of social medicine and social pharmacy in a public health care strategy.
