Abstract
The technology of active distribution network (ADN) is used to realize the complete consumption of large-scale intermittent energy in LV/MV level. As the advanced form of distribution network, ADN and the main network are complementary which is the crucial to build smart grid. However, the model of ADN is not standard around the world because of the different power grid design, different operation mode, different business process and so on. The Research and application of the ADN This paper discussed the top-level design of ADN which is used to guide the demonstration project construction and the ADN technology application in Guangdong power grid.
