Abstract
The comprehensive program of socialist economic integration presupposes the further deepening and improvement of economic, scientific, and technical cooperation among COMECON member nations. One of the useful forms of this cooperation has become the familiarization of specialists of the fraternal countries with ways of resolving urgent problems in various COMECON member nations. At the present time, the particular attention of the specialists of these countries is attracted by questions pertaining to the improved use of labor resources and to increasing the effectiveness of social labor.
