Abstract

This paper presents an overview of the current developments in the Digital Library at Tilburg University. The A. shall discuss their experiences with the on-line provision of primary information to the end-users, of journal articles and papers produced by the researchers of their own institution and other services. Positive experiences as well as problems will be discussed. New projects and prospects will provide direction for the library in the years to come. The university library will focus on the provision of added value to the information process in a global environment and on integration of the retrieval and processing of scholarly (electronic) information with teaching, learning, and research.
