Abstract

Every revolution in capitalist society represents a negation of the capitalist order. This negation is expressed as the struggle between the bourgeoisie and the proletariat and is contingent on the destruction of the politico-military apparatus of the bourgeoisie and the seizure of power by the proletariat. Understood in this context, the political subject, the organization which is directly responsible for enabling the proletariat to come to power, is as important as the historical subject, the proletariat. In his analysis of developed capitalist society, Marx emphasized the organic relationship between the historical subject, the proletariat, and the political subject, the communist party. It is important to note that in the analysis presented by Marx, communists those who understand history and strive to guide it had a special role to play in forging the course of history. At the time of Marx's writing, the level of development of the productive forces in capitalist society the objective conditons coincided with the level of development of the class struggle of the proletariat the subjective conditions. With time, capitalism developed into imperialism, whereby certain societies, the imperialist ones, spurred their own development by dominating the world market. Their bourgeoisies grew through monopolistic competition vis-a-vis the bourgeoisies of the rest of the world. Commercial capital was subordinated to productive capital in a manner consistent with the historical level of development of their social formation. On the other hand, those societies penetrated by imperialism the imperialized ones witnessed their development subordinated to the world market. The growth of productive capital in these nations was conditioned by the demands of commercial and financial capital in the imperialist countries.
