Abstract

This paper briefly delivers the main characteristics of LiF (Mg, Cu, P) phosphors and some differences between LiF (Mg, Cu, P) phosphors form different sources. These differences are in the patterns of their glow curves and the effects of their heat history. Studying their differences will be helpful for correctly using them in the radiation dosimetry, improving quality of LiF (Mg, Cu, P) dosimeter and exploring their mechanism of the thermoluminescence.
