Abstract

The theoretical background to the prediction of room thermal dynamics is described, using the sinusoidal frequency response of room air temperature to a convective heat input. A computer program is described, for predicting the sine wave response of a room over a wide range of frequency. Some computed results are presented and compared. A simple test enclosure is described and a comparison is made between computed and experimental results.
