ВИСНОВКИ Теоретично обґрунтовано, що майбутній екстемпоральний лікарський препарат у вигляді супозиторіїв, до складу якого варто ввести гіалуронову кислоту та СО2-екстракти алое, зеленого чаю та календули, дасть змогу знизити травматизацію м’яких тканин під час пологів
Summary
Метою роботи стало теоретичне обґрунтування вибору активних фармацевтичних інгредієнтів для створення екстемпоральних супозиторіїв, які сприятимуть підготовці пологових шляхів та зниженню ризику розривів під час пологів. Під час пошуку наукової інформації та її аналізу було з’ясовано, що основною функцією гіалуронової кислоти є регуляція проникності тканин, їх зволоження, зміцнення та підвищення захисту від травматизації. Доведено раціональність введення до складу нового екстемпорального засобу СО2-екстрактів алое, зеленого чаю та календули, оскільки вони виявляють зволожувальну, антисептичну, протизапальну дію.
