Abstract

The article analyzes the theoretical and ideological origin of writing the poem "Shakhnoma". Firdousi's Shakhnoma memorably repeated the history of the Persian kings, strengthened the influence of the Persian language as a literary medium, and preserved knowledge of Iran's ancient glory, its political ethics and cultural identity.
