AbstractThe abstract should summarize the contents of the paper and should As the hot issue in the economic field, the phenomenon of agglomeration economy has always been paid much attention all the time, however, the researches from the standpoint of the allocation of resources are very limited. Therefore, in combination of the spatial-temporal property of agglomeration economies, the research adopts the quantitative analysis software Geoda 9.5 and Sam 4.0 to make multi-angular spatial autocorrelation analysis on the levels of agglomeration economies in 70 cities and counties of Zhejiang Province from 2001 to 2010. Starting from the types of the urbanization agglomeration economies and the localization agglomeration economies, the paper makes comparison on the aggregation scale and scope of the factor flow of the regional resource allocation respectively; meanwhile, the paper makes inspection on the analysis results from different perspectives through Sam 4.0 Software, and comes to the conclusions as below: The agglomeration economies have remarkable economic effect on the allocation of resources. The urbanization agglomeration economies and localization agglomeration economies have significant differentiation on the allocation of resources, and the resource allocation effect of urbanization agglomeration is significantly higher than that of the localization agglomeration economies.KeywordsAgglomeration economiesFactor flowUrbanization economiesLocalization economiesSpatial autocorrelationAllocation of resources
