Abstract

The features of the testing mechanism are considered, including the types of test periods, the procedure for applying the test with the actual admission of an employee, the application of the test when accepting a remote worker, the expansion of categories of employees for whom tests are not established, the limits of the simplified procedure for termination of an employment contract with a medical worker. The analysis of organizational and legal means allowing the medical institution to prevent financial losses and unjustified risks in the formation of the staff of employees is carried out. Practical situations related to the application of the test in the admission of medical personnel are considered.
