Abstract
The article deals with the tendencies in development of the Russian antitrust legislation from 1990th until today. The history of generation and development of the competition law in Russia in the modern period is reviewed. The basic legislative acts associated with competition that were enforced in Russia in 1990th are analyzed. It is concluded that the process of antitrust legislation development is still underway in Russia.
