Abstract
The development, with time, of microcrater and accretionary particle distributions is investigated for lunar rocks subjected to meteoroid and solar wind bombardment. Equations are derived which enable the evaluation of crater and accreta lifetimes and also allow crater and accreta production, transition and equilibrium populations to be calculated.
