Abstract
This paper presented some literature findings in the use of technology in second language teaching and learning. There are three main points discussed: the application of information and communication technology (ICT) in second language acquisition, developing second language skills through ICT, and some disadvantages of ICT. As a note, the teacher must recognize both advantages and disadvantages of using this technology in order to use it effectively in second language teaching.
