Abstract
27 one-stage island patch urethroplasties have been performed with the longest follow-up of 3 years. The method seems to have most of the advantages of standard 2-stages scrotal flap urethroplasty, and is suited to all but the most difficult and complicated strictures at any site in the urethra.
