The study aims to develop the students' learning motivation in the physical education lesson by explaining the role of the physical education teacher skills, which is the main focus on which the student relies in the learning process and has the largest role in the learning motivation. Therefore, the teacher had to develop skills and ways to influence the students ’motivation in learning. The researcher has focused on clarifying the most important methods and skills affecting the student. The researcher focused on important skills that simulate the student’s psyche and his development and increase the motivation to learn his skills through three axes: experience- personality- communication with the student and adopted the descriptive approach, which is considered one of the best research methods, as it is objective. The research sample are first, second, and third intermediate students, consisting of 150 Male and female students were chosen randomly, and the research hypothesis was that there is a correlation between important skills (personality- experience- communication) with the student’s learning motivation in a physical education lesson or session. According to these axes, the paragraphs of the questionnaire were developed and the results of the statistical analysis SPSS proved the existence of a correlative force and a statistical relationship Among the research axes and its impact on the student’s learning motivation and these are the most important results of the statistical analysis, the experience axis obtained an arithmetic mean of (2.59), The news axis also obtained an arithmetic mean (2.73) and the axis of communication obtained an arithmetic mean height of (2.62), which are results that give a wide range of accepting hypotheses, so we must recommend the adoption of an educational model that makes the learner the focus of the educational process, so it has become imperative for those in the teaching process to direct the cadre of teachers in the subject of physical education on the importance and extent of its impact on increasing students' motivation to learn in the physical education lesson inside and outside the lesson.
