Abstract

Objective To evaluate systematic evidence-based establishment of mass sensitivity of maternity nursing with modified Delphi method, to provide reference for the quality evaluation of maternity nursing in hospitals. Method The relevant indicators, calculated method, and the data and methods about the mass sensitivity in maternity nursing were summarized by the systematic evidence-based method. Results 15 items in all on the quality sensitive index in maternity nursing were counted by systematic evidence-based method. The coefficient of variance (CV) of the quality sensitive index in maternity nursing was 0.022-0.189; there were statistically significant differences in CV and coordination coefficient between two times of experts circularization (P<0.05). The good coordination among experts was indicated by the authoritive coefficient of experts circularization came up to 0.90. Conclusion The systematic evidence-based establishment of mass sensitivity evaluation of maternity nursing based on modified Delphi method which contains 15 items, satisfies the scientificity of nursing, possesses nice maneuverability, with important guidance function on the clinical nursing workers.
