Abstract
Along with the increase of the level of complexity, integration and intelligence of missile weapon system, prognostics and health management technology (PHM) has gotten more and more attention and application. The technology has become the key technology of increasing the reliability, testability, maintainability and supportability of missile weapon system. Doubtless, the higher requirements are put forward to the system testability design. Based on the prediction and health management needs of the new generation missile weapon system, and on foundation of the existing testability technology and the present situation of missile equipment testability design, system testability design technology for missile weapon system prognostics and health Management is introduced in the paper. The technology considers the testability design of missile weapon system from multidimensional to ensure that testability design indexes meet requirements, and to provide the foundation for PHM design.
