Abstract

The development of a new system of machines should be based on principles that were not taken into account in the planned economy. Its value should be grow in market conditions, as it will be in demand from the state and other consumers. The system will contain a strategy for the development of machine and technological support for agricultural production for the long term. Functionally, it will be a regulatory and information document that optimizes the type of equipment on the domestic market and regulates the development program for machines that differ significantly from the old system of machines. The requirements for new technology include regulatory requirements that are mandatory for all participants in its development, machine manufacturers and their consumers, and informational requirements that are recommended for implementation. The obligatory conditions of the system are state requirements for the safety of technical means with the harmonization of safety parameters carried out by technological and technical factors. The implementation of the development of a new system of technologies and machines in a market economy will determine the direction of the state agrarian policy for the development of mechanization of agro-industrial production, distribute investments in the most efficient sectors of machine production, and outline ways for our equipment to enter the world market.
