Abstract
The synthesis and characterization of four new compounds, zinc or cadmium complexes with dithiocarbamates derived from N,N,N-trimethylethylenediamine or N,N,N-trimethylpropylinediamine as ligands are reported. Preliminary growth studies show that the cadmium complexes with N,N,N-trimethylpropylinediamine may be useful precursors for the deposition of the CdS, at temperatures as low as 350°C.
