Abstract
The article analyzes comprehensively the strength, weakness, opportunity and threat of the combined cultivation of medical professional degree postgraduate students and residency program by SWOT analysis.Then it puts forward some strategies to settle the problems occurred in the combined cultivation based on the principle of relying on strengths, overcoming weaknesses, exploiting opportunities and avoiding risks, in order to provide some helpful information for the further development of the combined cultivation of medical professional degree postgraduate students and residency program.
