 The issues of women and the suspicions that are managed around are among the most important them things that concern the world, and women as is known half the society, the suspicions raised by the enemies of Islam on the rights of women in Islam, and claim that he has wronged, and has my experience of inheritance and martyrdom is two examples. The purpose of this study is to study the inheritance of women. The system of inheritance in Islam is very precise. It specifies quotas and cases in which women inherit, to accept their testimony, when to accept their testimony, and in any place.
