Abstract
There is given a description of the object of research the support structures of spherical tanks. There are given main defects having been detected during the survey this structures. There are detected main reasons having caused defects of the building structures. There is considered the question of decrease of load bearing capacity of the support structures by results of strength of pillar concrete measurements. There are given recommendations for repair and strengthening of the support structures of spherical tanks for further safety operation.
