Abstract
Objective To stabilize the nurses resources and reduce the nursing staffs losing, and to ensure the quality of nursing. Methods Through investigating 66 cases losing nurses of nearly four years in our hospital, a retrospective analysis was carried out. Results The nursing staffs losing was related to nurse job satisfaction, personal characteristics, organizational characteristics, occupational burnout and career - related environment. Conclusions The managers must have the heart of job and good at grasping the essential character of human resources, to create a good professional environment through scientific importance of talent management and personnel training, and give full play to the role of all categories of personnel, the rational use of human resources. The prevention of occupational burnout can not be ignored. Key words: Nurses; The loss of the status quo; Survey; Countermeasures
