Abstract

SummaryAcoustic neurinoma must be included in the differential diagnosis of vertigo. With present audiometric, vestibular and radiographic tests, the diagnosis of acoustic neurinomas may be established with a high degree of certainty. Diagnosis and management of these tumours are discussed.
