Abstract
In the framework of fuzzy transferable-utility games, we adopt excess functions to propose alternative formulation and related dynamic process for the supreme-consistent value. In order to investigate the rationality for allocation mechanisms, we characterize the supreme-consistent value by means o f different properties.
