Abstract

AbstractThe host range of an agromyzid fly, Phyrohk lantanae, was studied using 57 species or varieties of plants It was shown to be specific to Lantana cumara and was liberated for biological control of this weed in Australia. The biology of P. lantanae is discussed and details of a technique for its mass production are given.
