Abstract

Issues related to adolescents at risk for suicide are discussed. An approach is offered to assist special services providers with early identification of adolescents who might be at risk for suicide. In this article, the approach is reflected as a set of 28 behavioral indicator guidelines. In addition, psychosocial characteristics of adolescents at risk for suicide are considered.
