Abstract

The rotational spectrum of CH 3CCH has been measured up to 700 GHz ( J = 40) in its vibrational ground state. The rotational spectra of the degenerate vibrational states v 9 = 1, v 10 = 1, and v 10 = 2 have been observed up to 400 GHz ( J = 22). These data have been used to notably improve the accuracy of the rotational, centrifugal distortion, and vibration-rotation interaction constants; in particular several higher order constants have been determined for the first time.
