Abstract

The purpose of the study was to explore the factors that inflect the transfer of learners’ training and the path of the transfer of learners’ training. Quantitative method was used for this study, the 378 adult education learners serviced from August. 1 to August 14, 2020 were returned by convenient sampling. Then, the data was analyzed by descriptive statistic, path analysis and Pearson correlation analysis. The results of the study indicated: (1) most data were provided by female, married, college graduate, 60 years old, made 30,001 to 45,000 per month; (2) Adult education learners’ self-efficacy, training design and training environment had positive influences to the training result; (3) Adult education learners’ self-efficacy, training result and training environment had positive influences to the transfer of training; (4) Adult education learners’ self-efficacy, training design and transfer of training had significant positive relation. The study of adult education learner’s promotion transfer of training effect, should be sufficient training of the former the relevant information participate more adult education learners in course training; and to strengthen learners growth training and organized short-term volunteer service work environment; organizations to provide repeatedly during the exercise of opportunities to increase training as learning result of transfer of training effect.
