Abstract

The EEWH (Ecology, Energy Saving, Waste Reduction, and Health) green building evaluation system was launched in Taiwan in 1999 and a scoring and grading system was initiated in 2005[1]. This study further analyzed the evaluation system by employing the green building evaluation indicators to examine the effect of green building evaluation based on evaluation results, and then ranked and probed into the comprehensive grading evaluation methods for green buildings[3]. Finally, we expect public and private sectors will be benefited from the analysis and discussion in the study while contemplating issues of building in the future.
