Abstract
Being aware of the rapidly changing environment in the information technologies (IT) era, many B&M organizations aware, envisage, and transform by themselves to develop creative IT-generated contents and/or innovative IT-enabled services. However, there is an unanswered theoretical and practical question regarding the awareness-vision-transformation process of a B&M organization in the rapidly evolving IT era: how does a B&M organization aware the environmental changing, envisage the artifacts and/or services, and transform its capabilities to develop creative IT-generated contents and/or innovative IT-enabled services? This study uses the case study of National Palace Museum in Taiwan is employed to explore the aforementioned issue.
