Abstract

Objectives To evaluate the application of Bus、CT、MRI for adrenal diseases of diagnosis and surgical. Methods We reretrospectively analyzed disease of adrenal gland of 177 cases ,concerning Bus、CT 、MRI for adrenal diseases of diagnosis outcome and operation pathologic diagnosis to carry out contrast analysis. Results CT for adrenal diseases of level diagnosis correct rate for 98.2% ,obviously super Bus and MRI, with regard to numeration data two sets compare adopt chi square test. data adopt SPSS13.0 statistics software carry out analysis treatment among the total Bus and CT two set statistical treatment to have difference(x2 =80. 2, p <0. 005) ;Bus and MRI wo set statistical treatment to have difference(x2 =208.6, p <0. 005) ;MRI and CT two set statistical treatment to have difference (x2 = 100.9 , p < 0. 005). Conclusions Bus 、CT、MRI and so on imageology to examine can judgement location and size of adrenal gland lesions, all can to diagonsis adrenal lesions. nevertheless in clinical application , CT and MRI due to suffer surrending organ to interfere very small. concerning adrenal lesion diagnosis rate obviously super Bus, but MRI to compare small tumorous of diagonsis rate however be lower than. therefore CT for adrenal tumor of diagnosis correct rate super Bus and MRI CT diagnosis is sensitive to ainajorityof adrenal tumor, concerning operation to have actual of guidance significance.
