Abstract

Acoustic temperature measurement is widely used in various fields, but rarely in the field of industry microwave heating applications. Under the condition of ideal gas, this paper reconstructs one-peak symmetrical temperature distribution in the field of industry microwave heating. In the measure area which is divided into 16 blocks, 8 ultrasonic transducers are arranged symmetrically. Using the singular value decomposition algorithm and the griddata interpolation algorithm, the temperature distribution reconstruction of measure area is achieved in two dimension and three dimension. Compared with the temperature distribution model in some respects of average relative error, root-mean-square error and relative error of hot spot temperature, the temperature distribution reconstructed has high characteristics with small error and real-time capability, which may be useful to monitor hot spot temperature and make a contribution to controlling microwave output power, and improve security, stability in the industry microwave heating process.
