Abstract
Power quality disturbance recognition is the basis of the power quality control. The application of S-transform (ST) and its different improved forms in power quality signal processing and feature extraction are summarized in this paper. After that, the existing disturbance recognition methods based on ST feature extraction are analysed. Finally, On the basis of summarizing the existing research, the prospect of future research is prospected.
